Listings Management System

The Listing Management System, created by Information Distribution & Marketing, Inc., is a database driven program specifically designed with the full-time realtor in mind. In today's real estate world there is no such thing as a 9 am - 5 pm workday, so IDMI gives member companies and agents access to their listings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The concise table format presents a complete list of available properties, and lets the member choose to highlight all, some, or none of his listings. Featured properties are denoted with a hyperlink which pulls information and photos into an attractive, full page, flyer-type ad. Multiple ad templates allow the member to highlight his property in the most effective manner.

For maximum convenience members may upload their own photos at no extra charge. For those who do not own a scanner or digital camera, scanning services are available, at a cost of $5.00 per picture with all scanning done once a week (on Thursdays).

$500/year - covers membership, support, uploading capabilities, linked directly to company home page. $300/year - covers membership, support, allows member to have personal listings attached directly to homepage, uploading capabilities.

FAQ's (Frequently asked questions)

I already have a website -- does this mean I need another one?
   No. IDMI is glad to cooperate in providing your current site with a link to your LMS page.

Is there a limit on the number of listings I may have on-line?
   Currently, a company is allowed up to 200 listings at one time and agents are allowed 100 listings at one time, but if you need more room, let us know!

I don't have a homepage yet, but would like one, can you help me?
